Joyce was unprofessional. She showed up 30 minutes late to our first meeting and then 1 1/2 hours late to the second without apology! She completely disregarded everything I told her even with evidence to support my claim. I had 11 people write letters on my behalf all stating the same stories about my ex. She refused to take a single one into consideration. Letters from his own family, she decided were not relevant. During court, she used the phrase "I don't remember" at least 5 times. For making such a drastic decision that impacts the future of my child she should probably try to remember what she wrote! Despite everyone warning her of his manipulation, Joyce became his pawn. She fell right into the trap he laid. His mother called and yelled at her over the phone. She told me this information yet it didn't make it into her report. Regardless, I believe Joyce needs to be aged out of the system or go back to school. She is out of touch and unsuspecting of the red flags right in front of her. I would not trust her with your case.
